New Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing appointed

We are pleased to inform that Mr. Jari Holmborg has been appointed as Executive Vice President of Deltagon Group Ltd. from November 1, 2006.

Mr. Holmborg has over twenty years of experience in IT and Data Security business with management positions globally. "Mr. Holmborg's long experience and proven track record in international sales and marketing brings Deltagon Group a significant step further towards our goal: being the European #1 vendor on the E-gateway confidentiality business," says Mr. Jarmo Kalliola, the Chairman of Deltagon Group Ltd. The company's pioneering products and the leading market position in Finland are a solid basis for internationalization", says Mr. Jari Holmborg. Prior to joining Deltagon Group Mr. Holmborg was President & CEO of Mirasys Ltd. since 2002 and prior to Mirasys he worked at F-Secure Corporation, listed in Helsinki Stock Exchange, where he served as Senior Vice President and a member of the Executive Council. Mr. Holmborg has also held various managerial positions in other international companies such as Unic Group and Philips.

Mr. Holmborg has a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
